Scouting Force had a limit of 1 last year. This'll probably be the same.

On the flip side, he only sold 200 at Botcon but made 500 total, the other going to other conventions and a handful made it to the website.

I don't think this should be considered in violation of the third party rule. Unlike some figures where the resemblance to Hasbro's characters is obvious, this looks nothing like Ratbat. It's just a robot bat. Did Ratbat ever turn into a giant spear or sword? No? Then suck it, Botcon.
