Well sure don't see why they wouldn't work given the universal pcc ports but... a black and fluorescent orange cyber tank combined with desaturated green and grey world war earth tanks for limbs? really? why would someone want to do that >_>

I mean he comes with his own limbs, specifically colored and made for him. Iron Army is for plugging on to PCC's that already exist is it not? same reason maketoys is doing the marine/jungle colored limbs as separates releases. I'm all for people doing whatever they want with their figs but that's going to be one seriously mismatched looking robot if ya do that lol.

 

Twas more of a thinking out loud thing but your point makes sense too. The only way it would work is if you repainted the iron army to look like the chaos armada or something

I think the basic grey colored marine mobine bits will look best with most pcc figures. Would be really awesome if Reprolabels released a whole bunch of optional sticker sets for them to make each set someone may own unique. They could do say one with yellow accents for PCC Huffer, one with red for the firetruck guy, etc.

 

So you get the base bot and the add on armor? Cause this set I may get. where can I get him?

The marine and jungle sets you can get a couple different places and chaos paladin, got mine at captured prey.

This is the tank that splits apart and can be formed in to the limbs:

Which is also being sold separately as the jungle and marine recolors, designed for other PCC torso bots.

When you stick those limbs on Chaos he becomes Paladin (The Fallen):


Both Chaos and Paladin come together in the one package hence why its 109 for them and just 50 for the standalone mobine tanks. I recommend Captured Prey for getting him, or I would have but apparently he's already sold out there. Oh well I'm sure other places will have him available for order over the coming week or so.

 

I believe it's the other way around buddy.

If you look at the site, you'll see that Chaos has a bigger font compared to Paladin.

 

I want this guy already, he looks really good and given the size of him, I think you get your moneys worth. All opinion and speculation till he is in hand, but it looks great

Also awesome news Sidecutter, I ordered mine from you guys forever ago, been looking forward to him for ages. I think he and giant were actually the two figs I saw in prototype form that made me go "holy crap I need to be collecting tfs again!" lol

 

I just converted my Heavytread into his torso mode ( hopefully) for the last time. I can't wait to get my hands on the Jungle Type set. I wonder if there's anything new about these three sets after all the factory delays. New look, new parts? More parts? A bonus for everyone who has hung in there? Just speculating in my excited state, I guess...

If sidecutter is trying to up the order, does that mean it will go up for preorder again and we wait til that is sold out, or how will that work. I assume it's close to getting here, if he has had contact with them.

 

If I can up the order it doesn't affect when they arrive, just how many I can get. As for contact with them, I've got contact with them via e-mail pretty much at any time. Just shoot them a message if I have a question or whatever.
