Why do we need Heavy Tread for Chaos Paladin?

 

^We don't. He got one Heavy Tread "to pair with the launcher sets". With Mobine Jungle Type, I guess.

 

He's talking about the Launcher sets, which will need a "core" figure. The PCC Commanders can also be used with this set if you want to replace Paladin. Note that this is Chaos (big bot in combined mode with Paladin), and Paladin (core bot).

Probably means for the Mobain sets that don't include Paladin... ya know, the Jungle and Marine types.

Yea, I was searching for one when I bought the TFC Toys Iron Army set and was shocked to see the price on this toy. I remember seeing these on sale at Walmart for $5. Had I known what I know now....

Also, if anyone is going to get the add-on sets what PCC are they going to combine them with? Any suggestions for a cool bot?

 

I'm thinking about using Steel Shot. He's got the desert camo look. Right now I'm using him with Iron Army set.

 

I bought several PPC Commanders in anticipation for Mobain... been so long though and so much other stuff has popped up that I decided to cancel my preorders. Might still pick up Chaos/Paladin here... but at this point it's quite bittersweet.

 

Chaos Paladin is the only decent set. The jungle/marine sets are certainly not my thing but each to their own.

I wonder if using Paladin with TFCs iron army will be possible. Ive been tinkering with the idea of getting them somewhere down the line.

 

They have the same connectors, so it should be possible to use it with the Iron Army set.
