What's the quality of the plastic?

Are 3rd party companies allowed to use the Decepticon logo like that?
Also, is this a prototype, or the final piece? I appreciate the articulation, but the figure seems very incomplete.

Looks pretty good, assuming it's not a final product. My one critique is that the head looks a little narrow.

Third parties aren't really allowed to do any of what they do. There's some loopholes that allow things like similar modes, but yeah the faction symbol is trademarked and a blatant violation of.. something.

This actually looks very good! But the pics would indicate this thing is kinda small. Anyone know how "large" this is?

Oh nevermind, I think the title of this thread says 1/50, so I'm assuming that's the scale?

I like but 100 for a deluxe is a lot. Not sure if those paint apps come with it but they're not too hot.
