It's a shame they can't work together, producing stuff that will never be profitable in hasbro's mainline like the autobot femmes, impactor i keep drooling over, etc. Since igear can provide us with it better than hasbro and still be profitable.

What are you talking about? I had Gears as a kid and the head box did not rotate. Check seibertron.com, the archive pics will prove it. But before people judge, how about waiting to see, maybe the face rotates side to side. But if not, I don't care, it's still a great figure.

    How do you know it?
I think he meant the head box rotated in the show. In this toy the head rotates inside the static box,

Igear has too much stuff on their plate at the moment and not nearly enough product out. Regardless I hate the minibots designs, so this is ezmode pass.

This is what I don't like about iGear. They reveal and tease a bunch of stuff but take ages to actually release it. Who knows when we're actually going to see get the Dinobots they teased.

He looks pretty great. And it's GEARS (okay, 'Cogz')!

I hope this guy is as big as Brawn... right now I don't like being caught between 2 (or more) scales for these MW. I wish Igear would just pick a size and stick with it, rather than fluctuating based on... well, whatever they feel like.

On the head... I love the look of it, and the idea of his head turning INSIDE it's little box is sort of brilliant... but at the same time, I really have to say it might be better if the whole head-box is on a rotation joint. Being able to look sort of side to side is neat and all, but a simpler rotation for the whole front hood section would probably be more functional. If you really wanted to keep the "in the box" movement dynamic (which is pretty cool), an up/down joint there would bring a lot more to the figure.

Just imagine if the whole head section could turn, AND his little face could look up at taller bots or down at the ground because he's grumpy? Now THAT would be glorious! :D

Sure, it would mean revising the design, but it's all virtual right now anway, right? Now is the time! It's only one more joint!

All fussing aside, I love this. If he's as big as Brawn (or bigger) he'll be a must-buy for me. If he's tiny like the originals, I'd probably buy him anyway because he'd be cheap (I hope).

Except Brawn and Cosmos are not the same size... at all.

I was wondering that same thing. very weird... in this image it makes his head look way thicker and more awkward... maybe it's just a weird little CGI error?

Hmmm, well that's that then. After resisting the minibots so far, cogz & hench have tipped me over the edge. Absolutely 100% bought!

It could be a plow, to turn Cogz into a snowplow-type vehicle.
