    Looks better than Hegemon, but arm poseability will suffer.

    Whaaa? This thing looks like it has the articulation of a bent stick. I know its opinion based and mine is biased. This thing is just not better than hegemon, Just the engineering seems inferior. Will wait for final proto pics before I can give final judgement.

    i think i like Hegemon better...the BT versions crotch looks like a diaper...

    though if your REALLY want a slightly more G1 look, BT might be for you....personally i prefer the updated looks of Hegemon...

    Okay - so this is now the 2nd 3rd party version of Megatron coming out, as far as I know. What I do not understand, why release a version of a figure already announced, why don't they do someone new? How about a Shockwave? I sure some folks are glad to have a choice of which version they want, but I wish there was some other characters offered.

    Unless this thing is atleast half the price of hegemon or less. I don't see it selling very well.

    The BT looks better. I just hate the Hegemon's reversed arms.

    ANOTHER Megatron?!?

    Also, looks to me like the engineering from the MP with some leg changes - I'm guessing the legs collapse into each other.

    Hegemon has better proportions. Just look at BT's waist.... it's very thick.

    Well I like this better than hegemon for the longer legs (or impression of longer legs) however I wanted something like IDW Megatron: Sort of G1 look, but an actual decent alt mode, specifically a huge tank..

    I'm sticking with Hegemon. The legs on this one look...off. Not as spindly as MP-05 of course, but they still look too thin. Might be the sumo-diaper waist. And the arms look like they'll have a lot less articulation.

    This guy looks smaller though, if he stands next to G1 Megatron. I don't have one, but as I recall he was smaller than a modern Voyager like Hegemon, wasn't he?

    I'm not necessarily averse to getting both, I love G1 Megatron, but I'd need to see more of this before I consider biting.

    Also: Shockwave, please? Pretty please?
