Wow dude, that was a little harsh. I've actually been attending and defending Dairycon for a while now. Actionmaster Ravage wasn't free either, he was an exclusive offered in exchange for a $10 donation towards the convention cost. Which is fine. I'm just saying that in comparison to my other Dairycon exclusives that I have won, bought, or received over the years, he's a little lackluster.

Well, coming from someone who's working on getting the 5th of the 6 Actionmaster Ravage recolors; *I* think Actionmaster Ravage's pretty cool... :(

Sky Warped is right though... There have traditionally been a transforming exclusive figure at Dairycon, and there will be one available at this year's show, but we're not ready to share it yet... Actually, there are TWO (or more) Dairycon Exclusive reveals left to do for this year's show; but my clearance level isn't high enough to know what they are yet... :)

For that matter, they haven't specified if Neoknight will be a Raffle, Lucky Draw, or Pre-Registration exclusive figure; so who knows how many of them will be made available at the show? :D

Just for clarification, I do think Neoknight does look good and I wouldn't mind owning one, should the chance arise (through Pre-registration, raffle, or winning my 4th Jumpstarter Race ;)  )

If I do get one, he will look great standing next to (or possibly sitting on ;)  ) my Toiletbot.

    Warped Sky sounds familiar...

I think many of us got spoiled by great exclusives like ASS-9, Domino, Checkers, etc. These toys had personality AND transformed. I think they tried to be a little too creative last year with the Actionmaster Ravage. Yeah, it was funny to a degree, but after getting great toys for the previous 3-4 years, it was a bit of a letdown.

I'm really hoping the Neoknight is a lucky draw...

Having seen the past DiaryCon exclusives (and even owning one) I have to say that they're always pretty awesome!

Why would Warped Sky be familiar when he only has 4 postings ever? Maybe just the clever juxtaposition of Skywarp.

Fair enough, it was harsh. Too harsh is debatable. You have been a great proponent of DairyCon, 1 million percent true.

DairyCon has never tried to take itself too seriously. Hence the Optimus Grime, etc., (that only transforms in water to mud, ooo, but DOES transform.) A.S.S.-09 was planned and started 3-4 YEARS in advance. It strained the resources of the SSDEC past their limits, and many parts of the convention were reined in afterwards. You are lucky it's not a public union with collective bargaining rights, as that model clearly can't be sustained.

None of the ActionMaster Ravages were found just laying around afterwards or in the trash. Value is in the eye of the beholder. It's one of the treasured parts of my collection, now having 2 members of the Transformers mythos. (G2 Bumblebee w/o wheels is the other one.)

No one is going to tear up their raffle ticket, that's my point. The raffle ticket is free, and it is a chance, that is all that's needed. I spend the whole day trying to get more. No wonder I've never won past the first year.

"If you give something away for free, people will find a way to complain about it." I include myself in this. Ask the government, or any philanthropist, like Wilson Fisk. Give something to me, no strings attached. I'll find something about it, and complain.

Enough ramblings and rabble rousing ("rabble rabble rabble"). If you took what I said personally, why? b/c it was correct? Maybe not.

See you in April. I'll be disappointed if I don't. I won't be in Dallas, not worth it when those I want to see are adding MORE COWBELL!

    What exactly was said here?

Well, some of us that are familiar with commish gordon will never see the blackrock in the toy. No need to get in an uproar, just a lazy exclusive, with little to no imagination, unless youre imagining that gordon mustache isn't there. But maybe this being a crappy exclusive may be some of the draw, kinda ridiculing all the exclusives out there that dont make any sense.

I seem to remember seeing some kind of rumor that a sculptor of Micronaut figures was possibly interested in contributing towards Dairycon exclusives.

Perhaps a Head Remold could be on the way to make look a NeoKnights face look a little more Blackrocky-y?

Action Master Ravage was very cool for my nephew's gf, who is a Ravage completionist. I have one, and I like it. The Dairycon people put on a great show and I look forward to another fun convention behind the cheddar curtain. :)

AM Ravage is one of the bestest darn exclusives evah!

Anyone who has any complaints or negative comments at all would be wise to show off their own cons and exclusives before making further comments btw.
