I too can see the pics just fine. I'm on Windows 7 with Chrome.

I expected that with Windows. :lol

You might want to check your security settings. It's a bit lax on Wins. ;)

    Cool.

Lax? Or advanced? After all, we're the ones able to see the pics without any extra effort. ;)

It's lax because it allowed/accepted the cert, which also allowed you to view the images without being prompted.

Or it's advanced because it allowed/accepted the cert, which allowed me to view the images without being promted. ;)

It really depends on how you view the ability to see the certificate. It's obviously not harmful, so I see the automatic acceptance as a good thing.

Typical Mac user mentality... when something doesn't work as well on Mac, it's somehow Windows' fault. Default answer for everything. ;)

Haha, I know right? Or a better way to say it, if something doesn't work well on Mac, it's not supposed to work well. :lol

I spent 8 hours when I got Vista customizing my settings. When I had a problem w/ the computer (I thought it was malware, but it may have just been a design flaw of the computer itself, as someone who knows more than I do couldn't find any malware, but did find a BIOS defect), the person who sorted it out upgraded it to 7 & set everything to what he knows to be safe settings. & I'm sure he visits sites I never will, where such settings are needed.

The only problem from viewing embedded pics would be if some idiot planted a virus in them that my AV doesn't catch (& I'm not relying on Windows Defender). I doubt anyone would do such a thing here... at least if one did, they wouldn't be here long.

Also, lately, IE's SmartScreen Filter has been flagging new-ish sites. I'd never seen a SmartScreen Filter warning until immediately after MegaUpload's shutdown (& they usually appear due to a friend IMing me a link). I'm sure if there was a problem w/ the site, I'd've gotten some kind of warning. Not all Certificate issues mean bad things. Some are due to laziness, others a lack of renewal funds.

Perhaps your settings are too paranoid? This coming from a Red Alert about security issues.

Thanks for making a better post unlike the others. Let's just says that I'd rather have a bit of more secure system, rather than a lax one. Sometimes, automatic acceptance of site certificates makes issues for users.

I've got AVG to catch anything that might get through should it accept a cert that is actually from a site containing a virus.

    Ebay:
Big Lots is carrying a line of not-Constructicon vehicles They are voyager sized, and packed 2 for $10. They make 4 vehicles, which looks surprisingly like low-budget cousins to TFC Hercules or Maketoys Giant.

Unfortunately, they do not sell the bots that has the body and hands. So, you can't really have a combiner per se.

I've seen these a few times. Been tempted to buy them, but I want to hear from someone who has them first.

They're the construction combiner figures that came out a few years ago, but those are made for the export market, (no Chinese on the box), I wonder if the plastic quality is the same.

Yes, I need to take much better pictures of this guy, that's my next project after digging him out of storage. Then I will probably be selling him.

It's the somewhat oversized, garishly colored Liokaiser KO!

    IMAG0161.jpg | Flickr - Photo Sharing!

That's just a teaser, more and much better photos are coming, I promise.

Yes, it's ugly, but it's pretty well full functional and includes the animal breastplate guys.

Yup. KOToys used to carry it. It's not bad, but it's not great. Mine's currently being repainted into Nova Prime.
