I don't know where he came from, and I haven't seen this KO every again, but he's a somewhat upsized, garishly colored KO, including fully transforming Brestforce partners. The quality is pretty good, all of the combining function is there. I'm pretty sure I have Killbison's breastplate partner, but I didn't find him the first time I looked. I'm thinking of selling this guy, he'd make a great project for someone who could paint him up to look like the original.
