I'd love to see them do for Combiner Wars Megatron what they did for Envasion mode Optimus Prime - drastically improved and oversized

 

My favorite movie Megatron version, hopefully they can make him so he doesn't end up with a dinky truck mode compared to M01...

But I see two different figures. One looks to transform loosley based on the DOTM tanker. The second is tremendously beefy with perfectly stubby claw fingers. It dosnt look to convert, though...

From what I recalled, there is just a personal project from the designer that created the OS evasion prime. There's no official confirmation from wei jiang that they would be backing this project; the designer is optimistic that they would though. And if Wei jiang does pick up this project, it's quite likely that they would downscale it to match OS evasion prime.

 

Definitely in for this if it's from Wei Jiang.

One of the images is an example of what they hope it ends up looking like. The WIP is the one that's not assembled. The assembled one is someone else's work.

Yes, it is, though he's more like 50cm. Still massive. However, Black Apple is using the oversized one as a base to start out, as it's easier to create a project with an established item (bigger the better in this case as it gives it more "room" to work with) and then upsize or downsize it after the mod work is complete.

No, there's talks into getting it done, but it's up in the air now. However, you are right based on the scale of OS Evasion Prime scale being the goal, regardless of who BA goes with.

Personally there's always that novelty I think when you actually scratch build something. I still enjoy building parts and things for my figures.

Is he Chinese? I don't think he is (I gather he had to keep flying to China to oversee things).

But that's neither here nor there, he's gifted who ever he is.
