FYI escalated case on pyhx9517 after seeing a new negative feedback pop up with same bogus shipping info issue and all his other items now removed.

 

Unsurprisingly, he maintains that the tracking will work after the 8th. not like i have much choice in waiting a short time to escalate things, since i don't anticipate the tracking to ever work. How are things going for the rest of you guys?

No, they seem to be different. I asked another user on here about their tracking number, and it's different for the three of us. So AT LEAST, he wasn't that stupid about it.

Nope. Mine still doesnt work. And I think they are like 12 hours ahead of us there.

hi guys. i purchased an X-transbots Andras from pyhx9517 on the 29th of Sept. I messaged him just after and asked when it would be sent, he said few days later, and the now infamous non-working tracking number popped up. I hadn't given it much thought until recently I decided to use that tracking number and of course it didnt work. So after reading your posts here I immediately filed a claim.

Should have struck me at the start that the postage was using Canada post, that should have been a red flag.

on that note, I noticed another seller wxiaohong70_9 selling out of Beijing (where pyhx9517 sold from) with pretty much the same listing look used by pyhx9517 for Andras. This seller also doesnt have a proper store.

I'm new here so can't post pics yet, but suffice to say, the listing for Andras of this other seller is eerily similar, right down to using Canada post for shipping.

 

I took a look at wxiaohong70_9.. and yeah. they're the same. wxiaohong70_9 and pyhx9517 Here's both of their listings for KO MP starscream

 

same boat as you guys. tracking still not working. it is odd that he uses canada post and receives money in canadian dollars but the item is sent from china? seems like a red flag. and there is no estimated delivery date at all. another red flag. he removed all the items he's selling from ebay and his paypal email looks fake.

I ran into the same issue with pyhx9517 - Ordered MP-28 Hot Rodimus on 9/26, received a non-working tracking number a few days later. Contaced them a week ago and got the same story about the national holiday delaying the tracking and to check back after 10/8. Today I saw the negative feedback on eBay and found this forum. I've created and escalated my claim through PayPal and the seller responded with the same, non-functioning tracking number. I continued the claim, stating tracking still doesn't show in any system - USPS, China Post, EMS, or any third-party tracking site.

 

I opened my dispute as well. Will escalate to a claim pending his response.
