Oh hell yeah! I missed out on them and have been quite angry at myself for that. This means I'll be able to maybe get their Ironhide and Blurr too, because I'll have other figures to go with them.

 

DX9 with a Takara spin....

 

both IH and B are great figures. however be carefull about IF paintjob (especially the bumpers and the windscreens tend to fall off a bit. This however hasn't thrown me off these two figures, mostly because they have great resistance/durability which means you can fiddle with them as much as you please. seriously they're as sturdy as a official legends figure, and have tons of articulation more.

Scourge seems to be the right size compared to Ratchet, but Galvatron is a bit too small. But isn't he the same size as legends Optimus?

Overlord and Magnus are from another company so that's not a fair comparison.

 

Oh hell yes! I was always on the fence with these guys but the new decos and little improvements make them a must have for me. Hope the price is right!

I have a friend who is a lawyer who made a contract for a group of hackers who sell false reviews. Maybe i could contact them and pay them to post on all mp size forums, 'if only this was smaller...' It would certainly make more sense to me than losing my own time posting on forums of threads of products i know i wont buy anyways.
 

Moving on, was hoping to see a pic of this cyclonus next to the old one to have a clear idea of the colour difference. Same for galvs face

 

All DX9's War in Pocket figures are the same size. The only outlier so far is the upcoming Megatron, which is a little bit taller. It really isn't an issue unless you need Galvatron to tower over everybody else.

In any event, I'm happy these are getting a new run. I have all three of them and they're really great toys, especially Galvy. I'm happy for anyone who gets a second chance at them.

 

I think hes unhappy about Iron Factory Ultra Magnus and Overlord towering over galvatron. Not sure why but i think thats what he means. Unless hes refering to dx9 ratchet being too same same to galvatron?

No, I was arguing against these two posts, posts that both argued that the WiP figures didn't scale properly amongst themselves. (And that the comparison with the Iron Factory Magnus/Overlord in unfair.)

Because I don't think their scale is that off. Scourge should be about the same size as Ratchet/Ironhide and Blurr. Cyclonus perhaps a bit bigger, but overall they scale okay. Especially considering legends class figures never have scale.

 

My favourite scale is anything Legends (modern) or smaller. Don't know why; just is for some reason.

Wait, did you make a typo for Ironhide or did you mean Iron Factory?
