20 bucks is well within the" meh I'll try it" range. Looking forward to see what they do.

 

I can't say I like the cannons. As is, it feels like it'd look like they were just glued onto Onslaught, there's no mounting swivels or anything to suggest they're actually meant to attach to something.

 

They have their own production here in the US. Not having to contract a factory and not having to ship from China both save on costs which allows lower price points. "Early Bird" pricing helps to (I know that wasn't revealed when you posted the post I'm quoting).

You aren't following the Botcon and Obamacare example of just throwing the site up, who care whether it actually works?

It's not printed, its moulded plastic so should be on par with yoour standard hasbro plastic (for example).

 

Can't wait to see prototypes applied to Bruticus! I got mine this week, and the weak point for me is the carry over Defensor guns. I want full on artillery mounted on his back.

I don't understand what the PE hands have to do with these upgrades, are you planning on shoving the cannons and feet into the PE hands? Because that is not what they are meant for.

 

Sorry, I wasn't clear on what this set provided specifically for Bruticus besides the feet. Are the cannons for his back?

The head for blastoff and individual rifles aren't a big deal for me unless they form a big gun for the gestalt mode. Thanks for your response.

 

I think you're mixing up our sets. This is set GCI-01 which is what is pictured on the first post, 2 back cannons, 2 feet and a head for blast off.

GCI-02 which is its own seperate thread and seperate product, is two badass guns for combined mode Bruticus, plus a surprise freebie for EB orders.
