They're made by Chinese company with an intent of being sold worldwide. BBTS, TFsource and other importers will likely have them for US. I'm also willing to bet that Kapowtoys will have them for EU and Robotkingdom for worldwide.

Man, I was so excited about Windblade, and now so excited about Arcee (even much more). The other one I want is Smokescreen if I can get my hand on it by splitting with others.

If Ultra Magnus & Blaster are any indication it is safe to say there will be repaints. Hoping Arcee sales well and we'll see a Nautica or Chromia. Wish Arcee came alternate head like Perceptor. I appreciate multiple display options.

 

I am wondering whether to do both DX9 and Iron Factory. Iron Factory has the appeal of pairing not-Arcee, and hopefully a later not-Chromia with IF Miko.
DX9 has the G1 look if you want to go for a movie S3 display.

 

If Iron Factory's Arcee is similar to their Miko then she should be pretty affordable. Plus IF might release a Titan Hunter deco or TF: Prime deco or some other deco down the line; if you worried that having both IF's and DX9's Arcee on your shelf would be redundant.

Of course DX9's Arcee will probably be paired with another figure. That'd be a factor too.

 

If IF Not-Windblade was any indicator, this figure should be priced slightly more than buying online a deluxe-sized figure. And while paying a deluxe price for a legends-sized mini may seem a bit much, IF figures basically are downscaled deluxes - they're smaller, but articulation and quality is on pair with deluxes.

Also, yup. It's explicitly IDW Arcee and nothing else. It looks like a downscaled MMC Azalea because they're both based on the same Milne's art. DX figure will be classic G1 Arcee. There isn't too much of a competition between them.

 

I wonder if these guys are going to remold this gal as much as MMC did with their version.

Sorry to be the one to necro a thread without new info, but with DX9's Leah fully unveiled and up for PO I wonder if we'll get an update on this one soon? Still preferring the aesthetic on this one and have been 100% pleased with the Iron Factory stuff I've gotten so far (Windblade, Datsun trio).

 

I was reading the third volume of the IDW phase two collection - the one that just came out a week or so ago - and there was this bit where Swerve (was it Swerve) tried to do a Prowl impression and then made some joke about his arms not being strong enough to flip the table. It was funny.

 

getting this one regardless of if getting the dx9 or not. hope there are some updates on this one too soon.

 

mhh. I dunno with IF still having to release the dynobots and blitzwing, and dx9 releasing hulkie AND that IF still has in the works black shadow, deadlock, a FOC prime and some other figure we still know very little about, id say that it might be a while yes.

did u pass on perceptor and soundwave? why?   just percy and ravage are worth it

 

I will pick up IF's Arcee and DX9's Arcee. I like the old Sunbow stuff, but I also love IDW's take. Room on the shelf for both of them.

If IF ships Blitzwing or their Dynobots soon then I hope we get some color shots of OP, Black Shadow, Arcee and Deadlock.

 

Perceptor and Ravage make that set. I hope IF tackles some more of the cassettes. Rumble/Frenzy and Rewind/Eject.

 

im satisfied with my masterpiece rumble/franzy (and ratbat) and i like having the mp birds and the IF ones, earth and cyb. mode, they also scale fine with legends scale. But having seen the official legends rewind/rumble images i also really hope IF does the cassettes. I just hope i will be able to grab the two i want without having to buy the others... seems like wishfull thinking these days doesn't it? ,meh
