    Many of you may have noticed cheap Fanstoys or MP-11SW Skywarps on Ebay from a Chinese seller named wxiaogj. DO NOT BUY FROM HIM.

    Instead of the actual toy/s, he will literally send you a bag of junk. I bought a MP-11SW Skywarp and Fanstoys Soar for $350 shipped and ended up with a small bag of bootleg Sideswipe piledrivers.

    Ah he's the guy with the super cheap wheeljack KOs. Damn the last transactions he had were all scammed.

    I have an ft04, 05, and 03T from him. I have started my refund process with eBay.

    What's the point of this seller trying to pull off a stunt like this...I mean how do they benefit? EBay and PayPal have us covered, so are they really scamming ebay (the company)?

    Its a big fucking headache talking with Ebay about this. The first person I got had no clue into handling this so I had to call the second time and got someone who actually HELPED me further the refund process.

    The prices I paid for them last month weren't "too good to be true" prices like they are now ($165 shipped now for a Skywarp MP-11SW? And he has OVER 10 of them? Cmon).

    I have a Mp-11 Skywarp I ordered from this user as well which hasn't arrived yet! i paid on September 5th, with estimated delivery Sept 15-29th. I messaged the user a few days ago and heres the response:

    New message from: wxiaogj Top Rated Seller(440Turquoise Star)
    "dear
    Very sorry to bring you such inconvenience.
    Items arrive in your country generally takes 11 to 23 days.
    We in the morning to the post office as soon as possible to help you track the latest information query items.
    Thank you"
    It says this on their return policy:
    "We are happy to exchange positive feedbacks. Please leave us all positive feedbacks and all "5 Star" ratings, we will do the same to you. Please do not leave us any negative or neutral feedbacks before contacting us to solve the problem. It won't help you solve the problem any faster by leaving negative feedbacks, only by contacting our professional customer suppport can help you solve the problems.)"
    thank you Godaiking for the heads up! and since you posted this, I'm noticing a TON of negative feedback on this seller(two of which i assumed was you) in which there was only 1 or 2 when I ordered :/

    Same experience here. I have reported numerous of his auctions to ebay as fraudulent. I suggest you all do the same and that you give him negative feedback. That will help speed up the refund process.

    I paid for my toys (MP-11SW Skywarp and Fanstoys Soar) on 9-17 and today received a small enevelope of I think junk bootleg Sideswipe MP parts claiming to be said toys

    This is the same jackass that I tried to buy Scoria, MP-10B, and transistor from back in May. He keep on telling me it was delayed because of holiday and it will arrive soon, and to please not leave a negative comment because it's not his fault. After 2 months he stopped answering emails and I finally got a refund from eBay. I then just ordered the figures from chimungmung and tony had them stateside in a week. I'll never use eBay again unless it's an item I have to have which can't be found in retail stores

    Bought MP-22 from him. Realised he was a scammer. Thought I was fucked. Reported him.

    ...got a full refund from him immediately.

    There are people out there, the very existence of which is trivial.

    Glad I can pass on info to other buyers. Its not right what this guy is doing. Totally turning me off with EVER dealing with a Chinese seller again.

    This is why I haven't ordered that oversized MP10 from that one Chinese ebay seller linked in the thread yet. I'd rather wait til Sirtoys gets it who I have bought from before and know to be reliable.

    Police station is closed. Not much Ebay can do according to them but wait "3 business days" to take action or wait til Monday to file police report.

    Again, be weary of dealing with Chinese sellers on Ebay. Sigh...

    Try reporting his other auctions as fraudulent. ebay will close his profile and offer refunds.

    Ironic. I was going to buy masterpiece Rodimus with trailer for 84.99 from this guy just last night. Despite him having a sellers rating of 96 percent, I checked out buyer feedback. Nearly all the negative feedback came recently, with claims of fraud from this seller. I backed out of the sale. Scary thing is 29 people bought the Rodimus masterpiece. I have a feeling his rating will continue to plummet in the upcoming days once all the buyers this guy screwed over rate him. Getting a refund from a seller like this becomes much easier once he is banned from eBay.
