Much better than previous time, but I won't be able to pledge until I see how my finances will work out. I will try to get at least Boneyard, maybe Jetstrike as well.

Hopefully they'll reach their goal this time. I'm good for a few of each mold. Wish there was a Jetstrike in more g1 Starscream colors to go with the SW and TC versions of the mold

I can just see it now, somebody will buy a ton of those blank "Starscream" molds and paint themselves up a Seeker army.

Mentioned it in another thread, but yes, perhaps it needs it own thread...

    Some important points...
-Price for each figure is now $39, or less if you buy more. Free shipping to the USA.
-There are no bundles. Just buy as many of each figure as you want.
-10 figures available, Jetstrike and three recolors (in Thundercracker, Skywarp and Sunstorm colors) and Boneyard and three recolors (in Trypticon, Dinobot and Beasts Wars Grimlock colors), plus unpainted white versions of each mold.
-Wrecktifier (Trypticon) and Flarestrike (Sunstorm) are Kickstarter exclusives. The only way to ever get them is right here. Others MAY be available at retail.
-First 150 people to pledge for 10 figures get a free Atomic Splatterpus BMOG.
-Stretch goals not revealed yet, will wait until they are close to being funded. People backing the campaign will get to vote as to which of several stretch goals will be first.
-As with all Kickstarter campaigns, you are free to change or cancel your pledge up to the last minute of the campaign. You are not locked in, and you will not be charged on you credit card until after it is all over. So pledge as much as you want now!

Some reveals in the Kickstarter page:

They updated the deco on Wrecktifier to add some orange...

    Original deco:

    New deco:

They revealed a the 3rd recolor of Boneyard, a guy named Stonebreaker.

His colors are a clear nod to Beast Wars Grimlock.

The goal is HIGHER than last time, but at least it's more flexible and they come with more accessories.

Not getting in this time, though. Too many other things are coming out between now and the end of the year that I really WANT as opposed to a cool novelty that I'll likely never open the package. (Four Horsemen Eaglus is awesome, but he's awesome in packaging too).

I noticed that too... They are making 10 figures for $90,000 instead of 5 figures for $80,000. They must have found a great bulk discount.

I was going to get Boneyard, but I think I like Stonebreaker more. Either way, I think I'll pledge for that one figure unless the stretch goals include Terrortops (Yes, I still want that figure!)

Who doesn't!? Sadly the Terrortops figure was a variant of the Desolataur buck, so we would probably be more likely to see him after they go back to Desolataur.

I did a quick study of their previously teased designs. The Swoop concept, the Stormstrike (Slipstream) and the one named Coleopterous (Visionaries Mortdred) would be the easiest to make, since they are all assembled using the parts of Boneyard and Jetstrike. After those three, the design that uses the most parts from Jetstrike and Boneyard would be Barbaricles (D&D Warduke) and Muscules (Pretender Strandlehold), which are made of about half Jetstrike parts.

    Dinosaur haters?

Seriously though, of all the times I mentioned my want for that figure, not once did I see a "me too". :lol

Well really they're only making 2 figures. Paying for more paint colors is nothing compared to paying for additional molds.

Yeah, but one is a Seeker mold. Seeker molds get a free pass for repaints. ;-)

Oh I'm not criticizing the approach. I'm just saying that even though they're making more options, they're only paying for molds for 2 figures.

Terrortops is at the top of our list for potential stretch goals. Let's hope we can unlock Desolataur! Backers will get a survey asking what they would like as stretch goals should we get that far. We'll make sure to include a picture of him!
