    I'm not so sure. That Galvy is pretty small compared to what the MP would be. Not really MP appropriate at all.

    Frankly, even if Takara was going to release a Masterpiece Galvatron in the near future, this would still be a worthy purchase. None of the post Hasui Masterpiece figures have exactly floored me.

    And in general, I prefer their 3rd party counterparts.

    But as others have pointed out, MP Ultra Magnus was just released, and the smaller CHUG style didn't have much of a gap in release dates.

    Between the look of the figure, DX-9's proven quality, and the nice use of Diecast, I'm pretty sure I have to get this guy.

    Just finished reading the Dawn of the Autobots books. Big mistake. I ended up really wanting a Galvatron figure because of it. Pulled the trigger at Toy Dojo on this guy, because I was having a hard time getting behind the Titan Wars one with his headmaster gimmick.

    Now watch Takara announce their MP Galvatron in the morning.

    Oh well, it'll still be worth it. He's gonna make a great desk toy to fiddle with.

    *Edit* I'd still buy a second in toy colors.

    Does anyone know if the Corbot V War Axe Accessory would fit in this guys hand, or is only good for Legends figures?

    I don't see why he couldn't...well assuming the finger joints are strong enough.
