I want to use the KFC Ultra Magnus hands to replace the custom hands for this RD Kapool-- in the anime he had it fitted for a hand to hold his favored drill weapon.

That said, I wanted to do a simple custom of having *two* hands capable of holding weapons/rocket punching/etc.

How does the KFC Hand attach to the original figure? Is it a ball peg-- if so, what's the size?
    How "heavy" are the hands?

Would you have ideas on how to mod them to fit on another figure?

Sorry for all the questions, but hopefully someone can help me out :)

They're ball joint sockets, not sure of the size and they aren't that heavy. Can't tell you much beyond that though :lol

There are a few ebay sellers who have the unassembled hands listed. That's your best choice for custom work.

I know I can always just purchase the KFC parts of BBTS or something, but I was curious as to peg size and all that jazz.

It's a ball joint, I don't have it in front of me right now but I think it's a little bigger than 1/4" in diameter. If you're just going to need white hands, then any place you get them will be good, but as someone pointed out, they sell on sprue unassembled hands on eBay so you can paint all the pieces if that's what you need to do.
