Ugh. That set looks awful in action. Perfect Effect, while not perfect, ironically, does it better.

 

So much disappointment in the cab in vehicle mode.
That's probably a deal breaker.
Hopefully DNAs kit is better.

 

Ehhh, I'm still getting it but I'm willing to buy a PE Mixmaster cab and Scavenger shovel off of someone if I do. I'll probably just leave the SF cab in the box.

Does anyone have any idea why there aren't any recent updates regarding the DNA kit? The last photos we got were pretty close to the finished product, and I'm surprised there's been such a lack of updates. Unless it's because of CNY... which, uh, never mind...

 

Thanks for saying it was X2 toys. Shadow Fisher gets very little hits with the retail stores.

 

The product designation is XS001 (X2Toys and Shadow Fisher).

 

They were claiming the delay was based on CNY according to their last post on Facebook.

 

I wish DNA designs would update us on the kit, as I am really wanting to see more on it before I place an order for one of them. Especially after buying that wretched PE "upgrade kit" with the mixmaster cab and new hands, and that turning out to be so utterly disappointing in hand....bloody mixmaster cab was the only decent part in it.  

 

I want that x2 shadow fisher kit sans shoulder pieces me thinks. Those shoulders are ridiculous looking

 

That's the only thing I want from this set as well, but I'm not willing to pay the money just for those two pieces. The PE cab I would (and did), but for some reason I can't justify it for the shoulders.
