awesome. interested in quite a bit here. definitely the feet, menasor shoulder locks, and blackjack adapter. possibly in on the thigh upgrades and new ratchets depending on exactly how big of a benefit they are.

What color are the Motormaster shoulder locks going to be?

 

I got my hip ratchets today and they worked wonders for Optimus and Motormaster!

 

Anyone test the hip ratchets with Hot Spot or check if he uses similar parts? Thinking of grabbing two more sets for the jet torso's, might make it 3 if hot spot is compatable.

 

Yes, but it's not being revealed this week. It'll come in the next batch.

I'll likely just keep them black and see how they look. May try and match the gray but with how they have their metallics I'll never get it dead on.

I can confirm that the gears do NOT work in Hotspot. I'll have to design a new set for him. =)

 

Sorry for the hijack. Does anyone have a link to a post/video with instructions on how to replace the ratchets in Silverbolt? My search was fruitless, and mine REALLY doesn't want to come apart.

 

This is really cool stuff, I think I will be ordering many of these upgrades for my Superion. In the future is there a possibility of you making a new gun for Silverbolt/Superion? It would be especially cool if it could mount to Superion's arm.

 

Quick clarification: for the hip ratchet upgrade, it states one set is provided. Does that mean enough replacement hip ratchets for both legs? Or would I have to purchase two sets?

 

One set per figure. I ordered two sets and both Prime and Motormaster are happy.

 

Oh man! Today's the day if everything goes according to plan. Nonnef said he'll have a preview for some of the new stuff. I'm so excited!

I got a shipping notification early-mid last week.

 

I have a video for the MotorMaster tear down, but nothing for Silverbolt. The halves are glued together in addition to the screw holding them. Just slowly wedge them apart and you shouldn't have any issues.

Gears have been moved to in stock and are shipping the same day. Blackjack adapter started shipping last week and the first few dozen made it out before I was informed of a flaw in the mold. I'm reprocessing them all and anyone that already got one will be receiving a second.
Some shipping labels have been printed but haven't actually been shipped until the new ones are ready.

Hmm, for Superion, not going to get the thighs, but the feet are the perfect size for me. Looking forward to those.

Oh nice, I have a blackjack adapter pre-ordered and it hasn't shipped, so I must not be in the flawed release that wiggled through at least. Good to know it's soon, blackjack feels left out just sitting next to Menasor.

 

Where is the link to get the hip ratchets? I may need to get one for when I eventually get Motormaster.
