    Got mine. Love him, but his gun handle broke on me trying to get it to fold up.

    Found a fan mode I really like that requires no parts removal. Reminds me of the Legioss/Tlead (Alpha/Beta) ship from Mospeada (Robotech). :D

    The legs don't peg together but the friction is tight enough to keep them in place, even while swooshing around.

    Pretty good figure, but it makes me impatient for a proper sized IDW Overlord (not the MMC one).

    Magnets are neodymium 3mmx1.5mm, I drilled a hole in the recess on the back and one hole in the peg on the ramp and inserted the magnets.

    I had this same problem, looks like someone glued it or something on mine. Sadly mine came from TFSource and after a week they got back to me but don't have replacement parts so now they're waiting on the warehouse to send a spare and then send parts from that or something. They were non specific. Other than that love this little guy.

    Am I the only one that wishes there was a small upgrade kit that enhanced his base mode. Maybe even a piece that allowed the ramps to be tabbed in. Along with radar dish and turrets.

    i couldn't attach weapon normally because of little thing behind the handle
    so i cutted off it a little bit, now the weapon sits more better in hand
    also i made some paint apps on weapon and drilled gun barrel
