It's Shadow Fisher Studio again! We'd like to introduce a piece of new add-on kit for the Titan Class Devastator! You guys can see the attached pic for the concept of this add-on kit.

We're aiming at upgrading the arms and the shoulders of this giant fellow, to make this big guy more handsome, you know, and much closer to the G1 looking.

We'll roll out our prototype right after the issuance of Titan Class Devastator to the market. Wish you guys would enjoy it. We'll keep you posted!

 

I can't tell what's going on in this picture, but if an add-on doesn't fix the gimpy foot then I don't see a point. Oh I see now, they're trying to add shoulder joints. Are we sure he doesn't already have them? Toy photographers are notorious for crappy posing.

 

Is the green section the add-on?

 

hmmm. not really seeing the point of this. It already looks like devastator to me.

 

I'm glad and will surely buy your add on. But is it possible to make a more G1 Mixmaster. The current one on him looks stupid and is all wrong in alt mode. And a not Stubby Longhaul would be nice too. And a better not so square head and a bit bigger.

 

It looks like they made it so that the arms articulate along with the treads instead of the treads being connected to the torso and the shoulder articulation is a hinge at the top of the arms..

The arm figures are raised up higher, and his forearms hands are larger.

 

Wha? The forearms on Devastator are fine, it's Scrapper and Long Haul that need new arms!

I really don't understand 3rd parties.

Raising the shoulders and giving him a perpetual shrug doesn't seem more accurate to G1, and certainly not "handsome." :/

How is it "all wrong?" Because they made him a different type of mixer?

It is supposed to be an update, y'know.

 

That's one of the things that bugged me about Titan Devy. Hopefully this add-on fixes the shoulder treads.

 

Raised arms and bigger forearms do make him look more 'handsome'. They were positioned higher up on both the G1 toy and the toon.

 

Yea I know that lol. But it's still all wrong imo. All the other 5 are not as far off as him. I didn't know I couldn't ask for a more G1 mixer. 

 

Yep, I think you are right. It would be welcome to as that is the major thing that detracts from this guy when you see him in any other pose except for a "A-stance".

 

I really like the improvements! I would love those add on's.

But I guess we can't because they way he comes is the updated version ya know?

So we can't ask or get any changes.

 

So basically it makes him almost like MT Giant, where the vehicles act more like shoulder pads. If it improves the skinnyness of the arms I could see why they'd do this, otherwise it's pointless.

It's interesting, but I would only really want new forearm/purple hand parts to increase the hand articulation and accuracy, new wheels to cover all the clips, and new arm for Scrapper/Long Haul. The combined mode doesn't need that many improvements

 

It gets to a point where you're asking for a different combiner. Between wanting a "less stockier" Long Haul and a different Mixmaster, and then the arms on Scrapper, you're looking at half of a gestalt with issues.

 

Will this set give Scrapper and Long Haul new arms?

 

These are the guys making the MP10 upgrades, right?

 

Seems to be a new set of forearms and hands for not-Mr. Hardhat.

 

Interested in this. Full articulation and gotta be purple
