Cool air burst remold job.

 

Not my cup of tea, by that's more a general issue of this character than this toy.

I'm not seeing a single shared part. I'm not even seeing a similar transformation.

 

That's what so cool about it. But look at the torso, waist and legs. With different molding and flaps and such on it. In my opinion. I'm looking at the core and I'm looking at the thumb nail sketch of this guy.


I could rattle of 4or 5 reason why I think that but the day has exhausted me.

 

Not bad. Kinda wish there was some sort of distinguishable cockpit in alt mode and I prefer Quantron's version's alt mode.

not saying it should be complicated for complicated's sake, but this looks straight up lazy. not usually too harsh on warbo but fins for feet? very leader-1-esque.

 

Yuck.

 

That's a mess.

 

I certainly doesn't look as good as the first three but they went from gray prototypes to finished samples. This looks in between and I'm hoping some paint and a couple of fixes will get him in line with the rest.

 

Bot mode isn't shabby to me, but the alt mode definitely looks a bit half-assed. It's got "bot laying down as a quasi-vehicle" all over it. Some bits to cover the gaps (like the thighs) and the addition of some sort of cockpit would go a long way of streamlining the look.

 

i bet it cleans up nice in the final version like afterburner did.

This is looking sweet so far!

 

Yeah, I don't like that; bot or alt. Paint will help the bot mode but I don't see any paint ap saving that alt mode.

 

I do hope they add some paint apps, I'm hoping they go for red with the face to match with the comic/g1 toy. If they stick with the white face, then I would really prefer they went blue for the visor.

 

Hmmm. Initial reaction is weakest of their Technobots but I'll reserve final judgement until we see him finished with paint apps.

I will say they're on a mission though. Three reveals in a month? Hopefully they pop these out one a month when they start releasing them. Then. Menasor.

Yeah this is just an unpainted colour test shot, history dictates we'll see a final painted one in a few weeks if the first three are a yardstick. Wouldn't surprise me if we saw a final Scattershot at the same time seeing as we've already seen his colour test.

 

That looks really good. I hope it is not prone to stress fractures like their other figures.
