Would you mind downloading the photo and uploading it here? The image you provided is just hotlinked straight from facebook, and it appears that it's set to a privacy setting we can't see, or some other kind of error.

Edit: Nevermind, it's been fixed. Interesting to see... I bet it's an MP Scale Hot Rod, since MP09 only fits in scale-wise as Rodimus.

Is he... throwing up the horns? Okay, come on DX9, I haven't bought anything of yours yet and I am not super in love with MP Rodimus. Wow me into a buy!

    Oh dear...

If it's a Hot Rod scaled with the other MP cars.... I may buy my first 3P MP....

    Is he holding Firebolt?

Ok, this is a great move. It seems FX9 is hitting at all cylinders. They are the ONLY ones doing the Decepticon 3-changers in mp/leader style. Hot Rod is scale 9" tall so he should be taller than the small cars otherwise he is not a Masterpiece.

This Roddy looks like his TG (The Rebirth) look with actual not Firebolt. We see Make Toys starting on the G1 HM's. But the G1 Targetmaster market has not been touched in this style AT ALL until NOW! I hope they are starting the Autobot TM's which sounds great, to then the TM Decepts of coarse.
Thank You DX9 which is the MP unique toys line.

    Carry? :lol

Anyway, I don't care about names, but I care very much about a new Hot Rod.
I haven't even seen it yet and I'm about 98 percent sure I'll buy it.

Also he's not holding Firebolt or throwing a goat, he's pointing up. The bits on the outer edge are his wrist pipes.

If it partsforms even a little (like that one panel on their Astrotrain) then it's a definite 'no.' If it's perfect-transformation and about the size of current MP cars I might be in.

Can't help but wish they had done Hotrod as a 'War in Pocket' figure instead though.

If this is Roddy. He should be 9" tall under Mp-10 . In "the rebirth" last US G1 episode Roddy & all the autobot Targetmasters are near Prime's height. His gun Firebolt in robot mode should be the same height at least as MP Rumble/Frenzy.

Decepticon G1 Targetmasters were closer to Optimus Prime/mp-10 height or taller if you include Cyclonus with Nightstick.

Those are really huge, more like wings than a spoiler. Maybe they're folded out further than they need to be.

Rebirth is hardly the best source for scale... Much like FFOD...

If it's not scaled with MP Prowl and co, I'm out.

(Full Season 4)Rebirth series is the best souce because it's his last US original G1 appearance that makes the most sense if you loved transformers.

So you perfer CHUG's then get the Henkei Rodimus FP upgrade version.

MP Prowl is a Datsun/tiny car. HOT ROD isn't a tiny sports or european racing car. He is a futuristic BIG tank like Hot Rod that is at or near 9" tall in robot mode. Which would still would be 8-10" shorter than MP-09. Also having back kibble that locks in place & easier transformation would be awesome.

Something that small shouldn't have a Targetmaster other than classics, lol.

I have one problem with this. It's not IDW Rodimus. That is the best version.
