Glad they're doing this. Just hope they're super-solid like the stock hands.

Wonder if they could reissue the MP-10 hands in White for the Ultra Magnus KO repaint as well?

    These are awesome too.

I installed mine. They make a difference.

Really interested in these Magnus hands. If they are floppy like the Optimus hands, I got a bottle of Glade (Future) polish to fix that.

Yeah, I haven't gotten around to installing my Soundwave hands yet either.

I must say that after messing with Soundwave's hands - the quality is much improved over KFCs MP-10 hands (which were very loose). So I am definitely down for some Magnus hands now that they seem to have their fabrication process figured out.

Again I say it's a shame that Citizen Stack didn't have these.

Bape and Eva Mode would be nice as well, but I doubt they'll do white ones unless Takara does an official MP-10u. Hopefully they'd include a Magnus style rifle too.

Definitely looking forward to getting these on Magnus. Preordered with gusto! And a pair for TT reissue Optimus. I love these hand upgrades.

This is entirely hearsay since I don't have them (I figure if I post it and someone disagrees they will reply to counter this), but I've heard the MP10 hands were not particularly good. The Soundwave ones are reportedly a considerable step up. Most likely the Ultra Magnus ones should be as well.

honestly they are hit or miss...
i've used several sets for customs i've done for people and the majority of them work great. there have been a couple tho that are very floppy and loose. but again its an easy fix w/ dot of future.

These look good. Definitely feel Magnus deserves to move his fingers considering how huge his fists.

    As for the MP-10 hands, I'd like it if they reissued it because;
    A. The QC issues that were reported could be fixed.
    B. They use the pre-Transistor plastic, which means they'll eventually break.
    C. The graininess of the plastic as well as the slightly-off color match.

As a comparison, the MP-10 hands were a bit loose in the finger joints, however the installation is much easier than with Soundwave.

The screw plate on soundwave's hands creates the tightness in the ball jointed fingers and essentially holds them in place. The problem with that is you need to separate the two halves to install. If you tilt the hand the wrong way when trying to snap the top part on the mushroom peg, you could be searching for a bunch of small fingers.

Overall, I think the quality of the Soundwave hands are better, but the design of the MP-10 hands were better.

The only thing the MP-10 hands needed was a tighter plate that "locked" the fingers in similar to the soundwave ones (which can be tightened with a screw)

The one's that I bought, were very floppy out of the box, but after applying some Glade (Future) floor polish, they were perfect. Color is a tiny bit off from rest of the blue, but nothing to lose your mind over. The gun that came with the set is great, MP-01 can now have his gun back.

The Soundwave hands (got mine with Transistor) are definately a step above tge MP-10 hands. I had my doubts during installation, since the fingers ended up floppy unlike how they were fresh out of the box. However, my faith was restored once I tried tightening the palm screws a bit = great hands. Definately a step above MP-10, no future needed and color matches rest of the figure pretty good.

So, I'm hoping these hands keep the upward trend. I'm interested.

You can get some nice poses with the mp-10 hands. Though as people say they can be lose, and the holes to hold the gun might be too big, I had to put a clear plastic piece in the gun hole to tighten it up and do some tricks to tighten the fingers. It still doesn't hold the gun as tight as the real hands, but it works pretty well.
