These swords come in Clear Blue, Clear Green and Clear red. The Blue and Green have glow in the dark options. They will fit all the MMC Fembots, plus standard 5mm fists.

Oh crap, arcane a can hold this sword? That's fantastic!! I am getting 2 green for zinnia, and was thinking of 1 red and 1 blue, but now I wonder if I need more, especially if bigger toys can dual wield.

 

Sorry man, they are just held in place by the fist, but most voyagers will be able to pull this off.

 

are these the same ones that are available on TCP?

January ! Ouch guys, right after Christmas?

Don't get me wrong. I really dig these, but do to the timing, $$$ is going to be tight. Kinda' reminds me when one third party group ran a crowd sourcing project with it's completion time hitting exactly on the week of Botcon...

I'll try to get some scratch up, but...

 

Well the production of these will go into March, though you will miss out on the GitD feature.

On the plus side, we will most likely have new colors when Elita and Solis come out (looking at the renders it looks like they won't come with swords either) if these do well.

Will the Green and Blue glow in the dark options be the same exact transparent color as the none glow ones, or will they be a different shade?

Also, the handle, will it be a black (or it looks like a dark grey in the render pics) plastic, or would it be painted? If hand painted, I would like to see a pic of the none painted version too, as I may want to go that route.

They should be the exact same without any noticeable differences.

The handle will be casted and not painted. The handles will be a gun metal black or black depending on how the casting process goes.

The glow-in-the-dark, will it be via phosphorescence (charged with visible light, then emitting in the dark) or fluorescence (glows when exposed to UV light)? I wish we could get red too in glow-in-the-dark options, LOL!

 

may grab a blue and green for the glow in the dark.

 

They will all have the UV pigment so they will glow under UV lights, but only the Green and Blue will be phosphorescent and glow in the dark.

My first thought was "Ive seen these before!" but when I was digging around in my parts box I found 'em...

I just put in two orders... I screwed up and failed to order both at the same time. Ah well. Doubt I'll use them for the fembots, but I have a custom that they'll work with.
