    So this looks to be a articulated smaller version of max that is scaled to the current toyworld headmasters sculpts for $120

    I already have PE max and brave Max but I'm getting these too.

    Oh boy I just thought, imagine if these became oversized KO's, or I should say when...:eek:

    Oh wow, I actually really love how this looks. It's essentially just scaled-down G1 Maximus with modern articulation, but it works so damn well.

    I assume the Fort Max-colored one next to it will be the non-exclusive version?

    Yeah, i like the look too. Smart of them to just scale down the overall look. Really pulls the nastalgia strings. I just signed up for a tfsource account just for this. They said only 120 are being made...maybe I got suckered, but for the price, it's an easy buy.

    I hope they do the same with scorpinok.

    180, according to TFSource. Still, that's definitely a limited run and just enough incentive to go ahead and preorder this guy. I was going to wait for more pictures of the Fort Max version, but in some ways the Grand Maximus colors look a bit more appealing.

    Yep. In one of the shots it's in bot mode sitting in the tower. Looks to have the same articulation as toyworlds other headmasters

    Their appears to be a set of legs behind it so yes.

    Also I think I'll wait for them to put out the regular g1 version they're guaranteed to make if I end up deciding to get this guy. He looks cool but eh I'm not in any hurry to get another fort max.

    Grand Maximus was G1. He's from Masterforce. He's Fort Max's brother.

    He might look nice along side Botcon Metalhawk, DX9 not-Ginrai, Play With This Too not-Cloudburst and the movie toy that looks like Lightfoot along with his MasterShooter gun - thrown in Generations Doubledealer as DoubleClouder! That's a lot of the Masterforce Autobot cast!

    Ok now I see the little dude in the tower. I hope there'll be some more paint apps, but if this coming out next month, it's likely the final product...
