The later Transformer series and the early Brave series really influenced each other. Let's be honest, those toys could've ended up in either line.

Exactly my point. You can really see how the Victory designs and beyond evolved into what became Brave and that’s why I wanted to come up with a storyline that used the Brave designs as Transformers past the end of Japanese G1 if Takara had continued developing the toys as Transformers. Especially because they reused Transformers as Brave characters/toys like Deathsaurus as Red Geist.

I'll always be saddened by the fact that they never tried to resurrect Transformers with a line just cobbled together from the various Brave support teams.
They are so many excellent designs that could have been ported over with little effort.

I know they almost did in the UK line. Years ago on eBay(like 15 at this point) Andy Couzens sold a bunch of testshots/prototypes. Of which was a Sky Garry that had a few different stickers than the TAKARA retail release, as well as some Brave figures with different stickers and some TF logos on them. I emailed about them and he said they were considering bringing them over to the UK, but they didn't fit the lines direction. One of them was Guardion. Also had a, I think it was called Metal Jack figure as well. So some of them were actually considered.

We had people in here who wanted to wait and see if Bang Bravern can stick the landing before they wanted to watch it right?

It did in fact stick the landing, you can go and watch it now. Excellent show.

(Armored Police) Metal Jack could have been considered because the anime was dubbed and broadcasted in certain continental European countries.

While I do still really enjoy Bravern as a series, the pacing after the
    Smith is Bravern
episode was pretty rushed. It was a satisfying ending, but the ending doesn't really hold up to how to peak the rest of the series was.

Episode was very rushed trying to fit in all that in 24 minutes, could have used an extra episode, give more time to things.
Bravern's death and Isami's ascension to becoming a hero was good, but needed more of him realizing that it'd been Smith.
Superbia character since he came back was one of my favorites, hope he at least shows up in Moderoid form and not just corpse sword form.
The music for the show was really good, entertaining characters, neat designs, great plot.
