IMO the yamato 1/48's are the best, some like the toynami ones but I don't.
The yamatos can be fragile and are more expensive and some are hard to find for cheap. I think you can still find all of the Toynami ones for decent prices. |

The tightwad in me likes the look of those new 1/100 jobs they are doing, i'll get some of them if they ever do TV styles ones. |

But I only open the Bandai Valks since they are cheaper and less fragile from looks of it.

Its always either of them isnt it? Might the VF-1A down the road. |

Join Date: Dec 2004 Posts: 582 Location: SC, NYC, MA, RI, CT Collection Count: 60+ | I was debating the VF-1s Yamato 1/48 with a fast pack at $210.00 But opted for the Toyanmi 1/55 VF-1j that I found for only $49.99. Both ar pretty fragile and arent meant for extensive transformation and play as I have held a Yamoto in my hands. It depends on your budget and frequency of usage. |
