Looks like Hasbro's going to continue where Toybiz left off. I guess my obsession with ML will continue. BAF Blob looks amazing. I also love Thor, Quicksilver, She Hulk, and Yellow Jack. So glad I decided to collect Avengers in addition to X-Men.

You know, I've realized that there's one little thing that disappoints me about ToyBiz and Hasbro's lineups (aside from the stuff we're not going to get and the continuing no-shows from the rest of PAD's X-Factor lineup). And that is the modern Wasp. I remember at Toy Fair, ToyBiz showed off this prototype. I really liked that hairstyle. But now we're not getting it. Let me guess: People bitched because it wasn't accurate to the comics (like Ultron).

Oh, and Buzzbeak, I love the new sig. :thumb

Thanks, about an hour after reading CW #3 I knew it had to be.

And to keep on topic they should make a ML Brett Hendrick.

Might have to get back into ML figures, as it looks like it'll be the only way to get X3 figures... plus, Blob and Thor are too awesome to pass up. But dammit, why does movie Juggernaut have to be a freaking Icon figure, instead of a normal ML??!
Also, those Spidey battlepacks... are those really just reissues of the movie figures for the GG and Doc Ock sets, or just place holders so people get the idea? GG looks like he has more articulation though, than his original release.

I think that all three of the battlepacks are rereleases of older figures. I know I'd like the Green Goblin and Doc Oc sets, might get the Comic Venom v. Spidey.

In the seconded Astonishing X-Men arc the danger room brakes free of it’s programming and makes a body for it’s self and is bent on killing the X-Men.

Which was another cop-out on Whedon's part. (He turned into such a disappointing writer with the 2nd Astonishing arc).

He basically just rehashed the story from a couple of years ago when Cerebro came alive and tried to kill them.

Juggernaut is actually a ML NOT an Icon. Hasbro messed up and put the 2-up Juggs in with Icons instead of ML yesterday.

The ones I will be picking up are Marvel Select's Mephisto (BIG Silver Surfer fan) and She-Hulk - who I hope won't disappoint in the final product...

It looks like she is coming back though, I’m with holding judgment on the character until I see what his plans are for her.

YES!! *jumps for joy* I was wondering why the hell they'd consider him an Icon.
Now I'll have a Juggernaut figure to kick the crap out of my movie Wolverine! Wonder how much he'll tower over the X-2 figures? Actually, that goes for Beast too.

Yeah, and the other pics they had (where he was grouped with the icons for some reason) you couldn't really get a good size comparison either.
BTW, wonder if they'll do a movie Kitty figure any time soon, so collectors can re-enact certain movie scenes?

I hope not, I don’t like the movie figures and will only be getting to complete what ever BAF they belong to.
