Yeah, shipping can be killer...if you think shipping is bad within the States, what about to Asia? It costs me around US$22-25...an ebay purchase of a single ML can set me back around US$30-40 which translate to SGD$60-70!

But I don't mind paying the cash because I grew-up with most of the ML characters via comic books...now where's my Inhumans boxset, Toy Biz? :D

Haven't really picked up many Marvel Legends in the past couple of months, but in the past couple of days I managed to buy the Wal Mart wave Thor and Blackheart.

Thor is pretty cool, although the wrist joint on the hand that holds his hammer is loose as hell, thus making holding the mighty Mjolnir pretty much impossible (I dripped some nail polish into the joint and just let it set up so now it's fused in one pose until I try to pop the wrist off and do it the right way).

Blackheart, on the other hand, had no problems and has quickly become my favorite Marvel Legends figure. I never was a huge fan of the character, but the toy just looks so badass, and it has nice, tight joints. I considered picking up the rest of the Onslaught wave as well, but as I really didn't care for any of the other figures I decided against it (Onslaught is cool, but not cool enough for me to drop the necessary money on).

I've bought the ML Icons 12'' Captain America at my local comic shop this weekend. VERY good figure with awesome sculpt and top notch paintjob...I really like this figure! Better than I would expect....:D

For those of you who have the ML3 Thor and WM Thor, which figure do you prefer? I have the ML3 Thor and am thinking of getting the WM version...

Put it this way, since getting the WM Thor, it's simply a matter of time before I get rid of ML3 Thor.

Whoa, WM Thor is that good? I think he's kind of "small" compared to ML3 Thor. Any issues with loose joints etc?

WM Thor! He's improved and better poseability.
    I bought 2!
He also holds his hammer very well in both hands.

    ML3 Thor still rocks though

I was in upstate New York this weekend and finally found evidence of the exclusive MLs in New Hartford. The only Giant Man Series figure they had was AoA Sabretooth, and there were three of him. Thankfully, he was one of the characters I was more interested in. But I still want to find the others.

And there were plenty of the box sets, but I'm not very interested in them. At least, I'm not interested in the Young Avengers set enough to pay nearly $30 for characters whose book I've never read and my interest mainly stems from Hulking and Asgardian.

Just a quick question for the experts... I'm not currently a ML collector, but I like the looks of a lot of what I've seen. Problem is, I don't recognize two-thirds of the characters (haven't opened a comic other than TF's since the mid 80's).

My question is, are there any sets of full teams available? I'd be all over an Alpha Flight set (Vindicator, Shaman, Snowbird, Sasquatch, Marrina, Aurora, Northstar) or a West Coast Avengers set (Hawkeye, Mockingbird, Wonder Man, Tigra, Iron Man, etc...)

Me still hunting for the Wal-mart wave, I saw the Villian wave but no sign of who I want from that wave, Green Goblin, masked or unmasked and that's all.

The Mojo wave I await but I do wonder if we'll get this http://generalsjoes.com/toyfair_06_gallery/toybiz/legends/pages/psylocke-1_jpg.htm version of Psylocke as well, I like it much more over the heeled version. ( I don't recall her ever having heels always this style of outfit)

Yeah I still need to finish Apac and I hope to finish getting the rest of the blue parts cause that's all of who I have. Meastro, Bishop, and X-23 are all I need to finish (just I want black suit X-23 (and why couldn't they do the Feral suit?) just looks nicer)

There are really no sets avaliable of anyone except the Young Avengers, the FF, and the X-Men. Also, other X-Men have popped into the line in various waves. However, though not an official set, you can easily create an Avengers lineup. Iron Man, Cap, Thor, Hulk, and Goliath/Giant Man were all founding members and are avaliable. Also, tons more avengers are out. Scarlet Witch, Womder Man, Hawkeye, Warbird, Sentry, Spiderman, Black Widow, Black Panther, Ant Man, Beast, Wolverine, the Vision are all out.

As for ML3 Thor vs WM Thor. I like the ML3 versio nbetter. Though he doesn't hold his hammer as well and doesn't have the silver chest circles, it just looks more ripped. The WM Thor looks like Fabio-Thor while ML3 Thor looks ike a God should, big, mean, and able to squish your head in his hand.

Am I missing something or is AOA Sabertooth becoming an extreme shelfwarmer? There is only one Wallymart near me with that series, and there are at least 4 of him and nobody else.

Just saw X3 last night finally. It was pretty entertaning and glad it was short casue movie seats are a pain in the ass.

Laughed at the first Archangel wingspread scene tho

Just ebayed some bootlegs of the 90's XMen cartoon series. All 5 seasons. They're all over ebay for around $30. Must watch them again, those cartoons were to cool.
I usually hate copies but there's no official one out (yet?) and ordered the 90's Spiderman episodes and they work great in a PS2/XBox/ dvd player.

Cant wait to watch these toons again, they kicked ass.
    77 episodes and 25 hours!

Just picked up the Sentinel Series today, with the varient Angel and Cyclops instead of the regular versions. The Sentinel is pretty damn cool, and the other figs ain't too bad neither, but I have a question for any other varient Cyclops owners: Did anyone else's come with 2 right legs?? I didn't notice until I got home and opened all of them up. Is there anything I can do (besides turning the leg/foot around so the stripe is on the correct side), ie call ToyBiz for a replacement figure, or am I stuck with him? I'd take him back, but he was the only varient Cyclops there. Any help would be much appreciated!
