What are your favorite transforming toys of all time that are not "Transformers?"

Friends, Romans, countrymen, lend me your ears;

Transforming toys. We love them all. Not just ones bound by a toy line with the very name "Transformers", but ones of other lines and makes that amaze and astound us just as much, if not more than the very line this board was founded upon. So with that I ask of you, great citizens of TFW2005, to bring out all the stops, all the Herculean Gods of transforming toy engineering and design. Bring us forth the Master Class, from the world over and throughout time, to show us all just what it takes and just what makes these constructs of plastic and metal stand tall above others as shining examples of truly great "transforming" toys.

Here beith the question:

What are your favorite transforming toys of all time that are not "Transformers?"

I would have to say Convertors. When I was in third grade around 1985/86, I had the choice of paying my $5 weekly allowance for one small Transformer or pay just as much for two Convertors. I went for the Convertors. They were cheap. Their plastic sucked. But damn, they had some cool designs and I loved them. On top of that, my favorite transforming toy of all time was part of that line...
