That Elite series is sold in stores right? I'm sure I've seen it once or twice at Walmart.

Granted I hardly watch prowrestling anymore, but Goldust is one of the best performance characters I've seen come out of that field. So gonna go hunting for that figure. :D

Whoa, where'd you get this? I thought he wasn't supposed to be out until next year.

And dang, the only figure I have at the moment that you don't is John Morrison.

Oh, and Entrance Greats Undertaker. Love the accessories and look but hate the lack of articulation.

    EDIT
The Goldust wave has just started hitting Wal Marts in the last couple weeks so your best bet is there. They might have started showing up in other places but I haven't seen them.

    Vangelus,
Elite series 6 should be available in most US stores now and Basic series 4 has been out a while now.

I was suprised to see Elite 6 in my local TRU a couple of weeks ago and grabbed Goldust as the way things are in the UK I probably won't see another one although I only wanted Goldust so it's no big deal.

I agree that Goldust is one of the best characters and he first appeared at a time when individuality was the rule instead of the exception.............the reason I dislike today's stuff is that there's more talking than wrestling and just about everyone aside from the veterans have the same cookie cutter appearance.

    Schide,
Like my other Legends figures I got Randy Savage from wrestlingworld.co.uk who I think get their stock from Ringside Collectibles hence the speed of their arrival.

I like the EG Undertaker apart from the fact the coat is entirely the wrong material for that time period and I think I'll wait for an Elite version.

Elite 4 John Morrison looks decent as well, the fur coat looks really nicely done..............the quality of the fabric clothing is one area that's been hugely improved since Mattel got the license.

I'd go find him on Ebay. Canadian retail stores are several waves behind on WWE stuff. And they're skipping waves to boot. Such as the first 3 waves of elite and 1st wave of legends. Never came out at all. Haven't seen anything beyond elite wave 4/5 at any Wal-Marts. Zellers just got the new Mattel WWE products 2 weeks ago. Again wave 4/5 and nothing else.

Ah, I see. How is the articulation on him? I also can't wait for that Savage/Warrior 2 pack.

Yeah, the coat on Undertaker figure is like a more pliable leatherish thing. That would be pretty nice if they made a more cotton material or whatever you want to call it coat for a future Undertaker figure.

Morrison's coat is the best coat ever. One of the main reasons I got the figure. It has a really nice feel and sheen to it in person.

All the Defining Moments figures are Elites. I'm really looking forward to getting the WM7 Ultimate Warrior to go with Savage as it looks even more detailed.

Excellent to hear, I was not sure if they were going to be up to the Elite/Legends standard or not. Definitely getting every Savage I can, he was probably my favorite as a kid.

He was one of my favorites too, the very first WWF show I went to was a couple of weeks after he beat Ric Flair at Wrestlemania 8 so I got to see him with the old winged eagle belt & Miss Elizabeth :thumb

I expect Mattel will make a good few figures of Savage as they'll want to get a good return on whatever they had to pay him for the rights to use his likeness.

The Legends series 5 version will have the classic 3 star trunks and on the first pics of the Defining Moments figure a second, more accurate looking headsculpt was shown so whether a variant of the same figure gets released or it shows up on a 3rd version remains to be seen.

Yep I did make a thread earlier in the year about WWE, will merge it with this one later. I am glad the line(s) are catching on with fans. I only wish Mattel also had the TNA and UFC licenses too, because they are doing a far better job compared to Jakks.

Yes, because I would love to get a great looking Kurt Angle figure. None of the TNA ones look very good at all.

Although I did get a Hogan figure and he's not bad. Mick Foley isn't as good though. Plus he's taller than Hogan which is dumb.

It is a huge shame that the last wave of Toybiz TNA figures never got released as the prototype of Kurt Angle looked more or less what an Elite style one would look like and the figures of Sting and Hernandez were pretty good as well.

Although there were a lot of bad figures in that line the few good ones ( Kevin Nash, Shark Boy, the 2-pack of Christopher Daniels & Homicide ) were comparable with what Mattel are doing in terms of scale and the general detailing and when the line was cancelled I quit collecting wrestling figures.........until Mattel came along.

Mick Foley being taller than Hogan is standard Jakks procedure......according to them Paul Bearer and Rey Mysterio are almost the same size as the Undertaker and everyone has Scott Steiner's biceps

On the subject of Paul Bearer it seems a Mattel figure is going to happen, whether it'll be in a Legends 2-pack with a proper, Elite style early 90's Undertaker or a single release in the Legends or Basic lines is not yet known.

Paul Bearer and Underfaker 2-pack, calling it right now.

Oh wait, for real, I want a Paul Bearer and classic Kane 2-pack. I would buy that so hard.

Is the Macho Man out already?! I simply have to pick him up! I got to agree that Mattel's figures are so much better in terms of scale and sculpt.

Yeah, the cost concern for Goldust's robe is why I was surprised they were able to make John Morrison's coat the way it is.

I'm also glad Vader came with both masks. Pretty sure I'm getting him for Christmas.

This is kind of a dumb question, but have or will any other Elite or Legends figures come with belts like Mr. Perfect has the Intercontinental title? I haven't noticed them but I could have missed it on an earlier figure.
