Need Help with 1980's Figure ID

I ran across him the other day. He looks really familiar, but I can't seem to place him, and it's driving me nuts! He kind of reminds me of He-Man, but is not at all like the typical MOTU figures. He has a little button on his back and when you push it, you can see a "heartbeat".

I think that is heman, when they tried to relaunch the figures, with a more space theme. I will see if I can find a link

I was wrong, it is from She-Ra, it's Bow

Thank you guys! This one was driving me nuts, because I thought I had him when I was a kid. I never had She-Ra stuff though.

LOL. It was in a bag of assorted 80's Figs. I bought the bag because of a Ghostbuster's Fright Features Egon fig.

It's odd how the Horde was featured in the She-Ra cartoon but the figures were part of the MOTU line. I know they are connected, but they were promoting figures for boys in a girls cartoon. The good thing about this is I could buy all the Horde figures without having to buy 'girls' toys.

Hordak could kick Skeletor's ass any day and throw him in the Slime Pit.
