I was thinking the same thing. I like them, and had those toys as a kid. So, if they were 10-12 bucks, I would probably get a few of them. But they aren't, and so I will restrict myself to maybe getting that awesome looking Merman, and possibly Fakor. . .and Stinkor, if he is ever made, and smells funny. Notice that their DC Classics 2 pack has also jumped in price, from $20 to $25.

I was looking forward to this line but after much thought... well I'm sitting out. $20 per figure is a little too much and I just didn't want to start collecting another line. I'll just stick to Transformers and GI Joe. I did get rid of my 2 Grayskulls a few weeks ago for some good $$$. So it's all good.

Damn, I'm weak. I got one of each. That's what I get for having internet access at work. I should've left my credit card at home.
I ordered them. It's only one figure a month. I haven't been buying a lot of TF's anyway so I can splurge a little.
$20 is way too much for figures that should be less than $10, for me anyway. I still think they look way too similar to the old figures and don't like that they basically all share the same body.
Yep. I agree with you. $20 is pricey. But like Tenebrouser says, its only 1 new figure per month. I figured my Transformers spending is going to slow to a crawl with the new movie toys coming out and my lack of interest in Animated stuff. Same thing with Joes, they're starting the movie toys and no interest in Resolute stuff(even though it looks cool). So I can budget for these guys.

The price does seem a lot but then again it's a limited online exclusive. You don't have to go searching for it at stores so you save on gas plus you have the convenience of ordering a figure once a month on a pretty awesome toy line. I think its well worth the money. Plus it seems Mattel isn't rushing the production process so that we can get a quality toy.
So conflicted, so very very conflicted I agree with Joe Moore and Roboto at the same time, what the helllll
