The mongoose feels like it's made of a cheap plastic, but has a few moving parts, rubber wheels, suspension, and great detailing. The Orange Spartan is a great, if not amazing figure, the only thing he lacks is a neck. If he had more neck articulation, he would be one of the best halo figures thus far. The Articulation is spectacular, and the black paint lines bring out the awesome details.
I have the rookie in this pic, and I have the spartan standing benhind the warthog as opposed to on the paenl on the back.
