Bandai "Movie Realization" Dark Knight Batman

See here: http://www.xltoysforum.com/viewtopic.php?t=5004

Very badass looking figure. Yeah, it's not entirely accurate to the film version (well, mostly just proportions), but if you're familiar with the Movie Realization line, or Bandai's SIC line in general, it's pretty clear that that's not the goal here.

Pity that it's in 8" scale, though. Doesn't fit in with most other superhero lines. Means he can square off against Cloud or Sephiroth, though .

While very very cool indeed, it's a little too "knight-ish" looking for my tastes (read: gauntlets, chest, shoulders, and collar).

Not as good as the Spiderman figure, but still very well done.

That is really cool. Too bad it'll probably cost a fortune.

Nah, probably about 40-50 bucks, which isn't too terrible. The Spider-Man set was about 40, and that came with two figures (regular and black Spider-Man).

The inclusion of the Batpod might make it more expensive than the previous set, but not too much.

HLJ has it listed for 80, but they already filled out all pre-orders.
