What do you think about the Flood Stalker? I've only seen his picture on the back of the packaging of what I've bought, he looks pretty nifty.

I've heard that the new waves of The Rookie figures shipping out are better, quality wise.

Is this true?

Rest in peace, Pickles. We'll never forget.

I picked up the red armor pack at TRU yesterday... holy shit, what a nightmare.

I hadn't bought a single figure since my Series 1 red EVA, so maybe I had forgotten. But the set was just a disaster. Armor bits that would pop out at the slightest touch, the ODST helmet is extremely loose on the ball, sits way too high on the neck, the CQB chestplate was literally too small to fit (Had to stretch it pretty forcefully), and the figure that came with the pack had his waist armor snap out of nowhere.

But still, damn do I love these little guys. It's just so cool to be able to customize the armor, and they're pretty decently flexible.

I am extremely disappointed with the new "steel" color.

I got a Rookie, but is he suppose to be green? I know he's not suppose to be like this but he was the only one and I went to a lot of gamestop. I am gald they lowered it to $10.99. TRU ain't getting shit in.

He's my favorite of the whole series. Very big and wide. Only problem mine had was one of the fingers was bent a little bit from being made of soft plastic, but otherwise one of the better new sculpts they put out this year.

That's what I've been hearing. The Gamestop Rookies have white chests/dark blue visors/helmet stripes, but everybody else is getting green ones. QC seems to be way up from the TRU ODST release batch.

Good to know, that's something I've been wondering. However, does anyone know if that gray Rookie repaint is still coming?

Also, for any of you planning on taking a chance on that Mongoose set for the orange Mark V Spartan: Don't. The shrunken neck makes him look severely disfigured, and it's too much of a gamble hoping for good paint apps since he's in a closed box. Here's hoping for retooling on future Mark V releases.

The Mongoose itself, however, is a good, if not great vehicle addition to the line. Sculpt is awesome, and I actually like the "mudslinger" paint scheme. The rear pillion platform assembly is a bit loose, but works fine if you Gorilla Glue it in place. What would make it great is if the front wheels were steerable or poseable, but I'll take what I can get.

True hip-hop is the right of all sentient beings.

I got the Orange CQB which is a TRU exclusive, and the paint job is just awful. For some reason they cant get orange right as the Grifball spartan had the same problems.

Besides Transformers, this is the "other collection" I love.

You can view my collection gallery link below. I'll be updating it soon with pics of series 6, Odd Pods 2, & Helmets series 2 also. Enjoy!
