I'd buy them. They could even do the Marvel Legends trick and add an Awakened Being in several parts.

There are a couple of new Haruhi and Yuki pictures on the figma blog.

    Hey all.

I have the Yuki figure, and will get around to preordering Lulu and Saber eventually, as they look very, very nice. I would have really preferred the A's versions of Nanoha and Fate, but I'll probably get around to getting their StrikerS incarnations.

A friend of mine tellls me that Figma's pretty much superior to Revoltech in every way, so now I don't feel bad about passing up on their version of Saber back when it came out.

I'm quite happy with Yuki, though I am more than a bit sore that HLJ didn't give me a muffler along with her. That was the entire reason I bothered to preorder one...

Also, fun with stupid pictures can be found here. I posted a few of them in the Busou Shinki thread, but given that the main reason I started taking them was to show Yuki off, they'd be appropriate here as well.

the picture of the Haruhi cast shows the boys as being a head taller than the girls. i'd make an educated guess and say that Lelouche is the same height as the guys.

Seconded. I'd absolutely kill to have Sunabouzu's mirror finished helmet be on my shelf. Or if I'm really lucky he'll have a working winch like Cybertron Evac, so I can hang him somewhere. While I'm dreaming, they could include an inflatable decoy, and make figures of the rest of the cast especially Amagumo(Rain Spider).

Would that be generally as tall as a Shinki...?

I'm sorry, but the moment I looked at the guy my mind started screaming "Kingdom of Evan" at me! He'd have a fantastic role in my webcomic!

To be fair, Lelouche is CLAMP, so if he was significantly taller then the girls it would be about right. One of the problems of making figures from different artist is maintaining a consistent scale, since it's all relative to the artist.

Yeah, in CLAMP's style, guys are either shrimpy kids, or freakin' giants. Fuma in "X" looks something like 10 feet tall. Lelouch is reeled in somewhat from that norm, but he's still lanky as heck.

A local hobby shop website listed Lelouche's height at 16cm, and Yuki at 13.5cm:
    http://www.xl-shop.com/ (Just search for Figma)
For reference: A Shinki is about 15cm tall.

    I can't deny that. :p

Wow, didn't realize the vast differences in their proportions till you posted those side-by-side comparisons.

With the likes of Figma, Revoltech and MMS, we're pretty much spoiled for choices when it comes to great looking action figures. What a wonderful era to be a toy collector. :)

Sweet! Lelouche... 16cm... I'm sure he'll be out of scale, but its good to know he's the size of a Shinki!

No he won't. As I previously stated CLAMP characters are always disproportionately tall.

Hmm haven't been on these boards at all lately. :lol

I preordered figma Saber right when I saw the pics of her, looks great. :D  Can't wait though it'll be a while.

I'm trying to see if I can get a hold of Konata even though I'm not a huge fan of LS.

I'm really not sure which ones I'll end up getting at this point, so many chars I like. :(
