Not too small and not too expensive. And nice looking!
(I don't have one, though. DMZ eats all my Votoms money  )
If you don't like building kits, I think Takara 1/24 RDM (revival dual model) Scopedog is nice, too. Not sure about the availability/price in the US.
RDM is a reissue of 80s Scopedogs, but still very nice with some diecast.

with some paint;

Pretty good Scopedog too! I would have gotten it but I wanted more variety! LOL! I believe it only has the Scopedog and Brutishdog in its line-up. |

#28 | | Vintage Toy Supporter Join Date: Dec 2004 Posts: 758 Location: Albany, NY News Credits: 1 | If you want to start collecting VOTOMS stuff, and want one relaly awesome centerpiece to start out with, I think I would recommend the 1/18 Takara DMZ 'Dog over the 1/12 Yamato toy... both are amazing, but the Yamato is a much more acquired taste with lots of removable parts and some joints that need a little work before it's a truly great piece... the DMZs are rock solid and awesome out of the box, and have full paint schemes, whereas the Yamatos are closer to assembled kits, and could really use to be painted... Prometheus Rising-My gallery site for models, toy customs, and whatever else!
If anyone has an unused sticker sheet for Overlord, please give it to Reprolabels so they can make a sheet!
