I am also getting a shipment of acrylic stones that Brainiac is holding. Would anyone be interested in some? 25 cents each. LMK

Grabbed a Red Tornado today for a kitbash - agree on the QC. Floppy, plastic feels kinda cheap, paint is kinda weird too. Still, if those issues were addressed, adding the sculpt and poseability I'd say these are pretty badass - hope to get some better figs down the line.

Anyways the baf leg is worthless to me. Anybody wants it, pay for the shipping and it's yours!

This thread needs reviving, and I haven't seen any of this stuff mentioned elsewhere in the Toyark, so away we go.

Just in case others missed it as long as I did, I'll point out that two of the wave 4 DCU figures were revealed at Toy Fair: Cyborg and Wonder Woman! IMO, both put any DCDirect versions of the characters to shame. The only place I've been able to find pictures is Wizard's site: http://www.wizarduniverse.com/021708nytfdcuniverse.html

BEWARE, last time I checked, the image files were HUGE and took forever to load.

Also announced there, and shown at the same Wizard link, are 3-3/4" DCU figures. The line is to be called "Infinite Heroes", and will include 3-packs and singletons. A pretty broad assortment coming down the pike, and all look to have knee and elbow articulation, plus universal-joint shoulders on most. (I figure the ones shown with no joints are just early in development.) The cast includes: Batman (NO WAI!!1!), Catwoman (current suit), Killer Croc, Batwoman, GL (Hal), GA (Ollie - w/ Longbow Hunters-era hooded suit!), Black Canary (jacket & fishnets ), Supergirl, Wonder Girl (Cassie), Power Girl, Flash (Jay!), Wildcat, Prof. Zoom, Weather Wizard (!), The Question (Vic, not Renee), Captain Marvel, Black Adam, Black Hand, Hush (!), Hawkman, and Commissioner Gordon (!!), plus army builders: Lexcorp goons, 3 different types of Gotham City police (or 1 may have been Metropolis SCU), and Thanagarian police. (Whew!) It may seem like double dipping, but I like the idea of DC and Star Wars figures sharing a scale. Darth Vader vs. Black Adam? Yes, please.

It initially seemed like Mattel hadn't even shown up for Toy Fair -- I couldn't find any coverage of them until last week.

EDIT: Oh, and according to Wikipedia, the wave 1 6" variants (Penguin with robot penguin and modern Red Tornado) never ended up being released.

Aquaman looks pretty good.

CollectionDX had coverage of all their stuff from the beginning, but was too insufficient on specifics, like the list of Infinite Heroes you posted.

Bummer on the lack of modern Tornado, but at least the chance to get one later is still there. The line is really, really tempting, but it hasn't gotten its hooks in me just yet. All the best for my wallet's sake, heh. But the moment they throw out a large Captain Marvel, I'm probably doomed.

I used those for my Kryptonite brass knuckles for my Lex Luthor costume at last year's comic convention!
