Ok, it doesn't happen all the time, but it's a frequent enough problem that you'll have to watch out for.
Although lower in diecast content than the Mazingers, I'd recommend Garada and Doublas, if you're into Mazinger villains. And... well, I'm really eager to get a King Joe, but that's just me. Your mileage in THAT department can and almost certainly will vary. Most people don't take kindly to him.

I've got theoriginal Unit01 EVA SOC and it's one of my all-time favorite toys. Actually all of the SOC figures I have are favorites. I just got the original Ultraman from Bandai's other Chogokin line (name escapes me at the moment) and it's every bit as awesome as a SOC figure. I keep meaning to post some pics of him in the "Cool Stuff" thread. | |

Modern versions of classic characters, newer anime robots, all the Kamen Rider Armor Trans/Souchaku Henshin, and so far all the live-action kaiju characters (except King Joe) are thrown in there.
Half the time its stuff is labeled as "Soul of Chogokin" anyway. The easiest way to tell them apart is by designation. SOCs are GX-xx. That Bandai Chogokin series stared out with GA-xx; all the modern stuff is either GD-xx or GE-xx. My Junkion Exchange Feedback| TFs, Halo, Power Rangers Dino Thunder for sale!
