Although the package states that the service isn't available outside japan, you can if you have the patience access it. The service isn't directly "locked" to others, it's just not translated  | |

Those ring parts in the limbs are really annoying though. I doubt I'll be using the weapon hardpoints much on most of them, so I'll probably just glue those things in. | |
