    Ooooh, thanks!

Do post them snapshots if you manage to get it.

    EDIT:
The cheaper ones (the EX sets) consists only of accessories (head, armour, weapons) and does not come with the base MMS body to attach those accessories to.

The accessories will fit on any and all MMS bodies.

Wooo, Fort Bragg! You're using Howling's body for her?

I really want a Fort Bragg myself, but I need one of those naked MMS bodies for it. I simply cannot tolerate using only one body for two different characters.

Problem is, no shop carries them naked MMS bodies.

    Cool!

On an impulse, I just registered myself a Konami ID, and am currently downloading the game.

How long did it take you to receive the e-mail from Konami? Mine has yet to arrive.

Yeah, after asking that question I managed to stumble over the BBTS ones. I had been searching with the space in the name, but BBTS lists them without spaces.

I really like that Fort Bragg one. That Mermaid type looks like the type of thing that would get rude comments from the wifely unit though.

These things are really, really cool. Looks like I've got another addiction.

I registered my ID about 19:00/ 21:00 last night (Swedish time) and it still hasn't arrived yet, but no worries, you can still log on using it :)

Cosmo: LOVE the Ianeira! I've been on a lookout for one but the latest shinki Archonia has is Tsugaru :(
Is she any good in terms of enginering, cause she's mighty hot :D

Are there any English based sites with a "history" or just general information about them? Trying to figure out which is oldest and which is newest and see a complete checklist of the line thus far is kind of hard to do with just the stores to look at.

That one that vaguely resembles Saber looks like it's a popular one.

Hmmm...other than dedicated forums for this toyline, not much in the way of general info in english.

As for which one is the oldest/newest, the official site http://www.busou.konami.jp/figure/lineup_001.html lists them all in chronological order, with the angel and devil being the very first wave.

And I would've gotten Knight Xiphos, but something about her nose that bugs me. It's too...big? You'd have to see the figure in person to know what I'm talking about. I ended up with Revoltech Saber instead...

Dedicated forums may be of interest at some point, once I get a grip on who, what, when, why and stuff. I'll have to dig at that official site at home. My work computer seems very upset with it. Thanks.

    Yeah, me too. One.

At a time! Only because that's all I could afford at a time, or I'd just go buy all of them that are already available.

    Yup, that is Howling's body.

I'm just as frustrated, I can't find the naked MMS frames anywhere either. I'm hoping when amenbo comes on-line again that they might offer them.

The wave 5 Shinkis (both Ianeira and Eukrante) are easily the best releases since wave 1 (Arnval and Strarf). Ianeira's mermaid tail is just about perfect in terms of articulation and the best part is the the tail doesn't interfere with the hip joints. The additional trident and harp components just add to the greatness of the figure.

Is it wave six that has the transformable cycle looking suit thing? That just looks all kinds of awesome.

Dila: You are really missing out on Xiphos, Its a really great shinki. It's one of the very few action figures I have seen where the armor system doesn't hinder or limit the figure's articulation. The shoulder armor pieces are brilliantly designed, you almost retain the entire range of arm movement with the shoulder armor on.

If I'm thinking about the one you are describing, that Shinki is Ark and that's from wave 7.

Wave 6 is Tigris and Vitulus. Wave 6's gimmick is that the Tigris's armor system and Vitulus's armor system can be combined in two distinct ways. They can be combined to form either an exo-suit or a hover-bike. The weapon EX weapon set for wave 6 is an excellent take on Ripley's exo-suit loader from Aliens.
