Finally, after like eight months, I have MG Epyon and MG Deathscythe Hell on the way.

    Wing collection's finally complete.

    About what I said before:
It's like it was made for this!

Meanwhile I was looking over another Build Fighters Custom I've been sitting on for a few months.

I went to clean up the excess paint around the eye, and I stripped it back down. I think I'll put another coat of clear paint into the eye so it'll fill in that silver ring some more.

Am I seeing things, or is the mono-eye on the Mr Ral Gouf moveable?

    Yes!

Most of the later HGUC Zeon models have eye swivel.

You know something, I was gonna say this exact thing.
And $150 (approx.) for PG Banshee... I was thinking that was gonna be higher.

I had no idea this was slated for the end of Sept. No way I can squeeze him into my budget in that time frame. I'm not too sad that I missed the pre-order window, but I am also not certain how long after 9/30 there will be a restock. I wonder why the PG Unicorn has never been placed on backorder status? It is still listed as 'order stop,' and has been all this time after the Jan release... Also, anybody know if Banshee will have a LED kit similar to Unicorn?

I think it went faster than the Unicorn iirc.

I've seen Unicorn put on Backorder right after release, but even the restock has been selling quickly. Also one of the reasons why I decided to bite the bullet and put a preorder in.

And it most likely will make an LED kit, probably in the form of P-bandai exclusive.

Yup sorry. Hopefully they put it back up for preorder again. Btw is that Saber in your sig?

It will use the Same LED kit as the Unicorn. The Led's are UV, so they react with either color.

Ah yeah you're right. Prolly just going to use the same Unicorn LED kit.

Don't know if I'd buy another LED kit again. Probably going to be more underwhelming as the "mane" Isn't going to light up.

I totally would have pre-ordered the PG Banshee except that its coming out in September when school starts. :(  I will probably hold out for the normal PG Unicorn anyways or at least wait for some reviews of the Banshee.

Oh well. I think I'd rather get the PG red frame Astray, RX-78, and a Zaku to complete my backlog first. Maybe in 3-4 years the Banshee will be more available :) .

Really need to hurry up and get pics to show what I've been working on for the past few months - haven't had much time due to my internship and family vacation.

But I will say that the Physalis is one difficult motherfucker of a kit to detail correctly - those wing binders are nasty to properly paint and assemble, I think I've had them on the workbench for months and only last night did I finally feel satisfied to peg the core assemblies together. And that's not even considering they're still not done - I'm handpainting the yellow stripes, which had to wait until after the blackwash to avoid putting black paint over bright yellow, and I haven't clipped the blue caps of the sprues yet.

Or even fully assembled his legs.

Or finished painting the yellow interior of the four shield vents (super-difficult)

Needless to say, I think Squee and Halden would love this guy - there's so much of him to paint!
