Someone is just actively trying to steal the packages here. as long as someone signs for it, UPS/Fedex doesnt care.
the best thing to do is have a talk to the local UPS Store, explain your situation, and arrange for your stuff to be sent there from now on, so you can pick it up yourself. |

And I think it wouldn't be that hard getting a weapon that pierces GN Fields.
F*** if Seraphim's released, though. He'd kill anyone with those blades.
