It's only a tiny bit longer from what I can tell, which speaks to me of the likelihood that this inclusion a bonus bit that will be more relevant for the planned retooling of the Deathscythe Hell.
To be certain, Bandai has a way of planning ahead sometimes. They don't just make kits without thinking how can they print money on the next kits based on said first one. - The work continues below the hips, and eventually I might get above the waist. From the heels upward, I filled in the gray around the silver sprockets. After I took this picture I used some panel line accent to fill the lines in between the two colors. Above the knees, or rather starting at the knee joints themselves, more Gunship Gray down the center panel gap with some silver detailing. I set in the translucent parts and it looks like my idea for the chrome backing didn't get scraped in the process. At this point, I either have to move on to working on the arms or jump back a few steps to build the torso and waist because of the LED rigging. The wires to connect with the legs have to be guided through the hips, and down into that cavernous space before I can lay on the other halves of the thighs. For now, just getting a loose dry fit look at how this is going to shape up. I do want to add more Gunship Gray to the areas which will be exposed when the hatches are open and don't overlap the center line. I will get to panel lining these areas soon enough, but for now, it's on to the next phase of the frame. Which means picking back up where I left off on the arms at the elbow. Again, another loose fit to keep the parts organized and see how this looks. I might make some changes as I'm pressing forward. This is depending on the rest of the arms. I do see however where I can add running light details.
Yeah, that was the gimmick with the 1/100 Wing kits, which Mecha Gaikotsu would stress as "vigorous" beam effects. They all had big crazy beam sheets. Deathscythe had the standard blade, plus a giant slash effect, plus the aforementioned wing trails for the shoulders.
Thank you Master Okawara... Year of the Ox; COW Gundam. Ox (cow) Gundam (Zodiac Gundam) images | GUNJAP ..okay fine, he made his official, but mine is still bigger!!
I noticed and can't figure out how to fix it Anyway, this thing GF13-045NSP Matador Gundam *edit* ok, so this DOES work, but an IMG tag does not
Fixed forever! To be fair though, I never called my PBRX-009R "Cow Gundam." The official name is Gundam Pinzgauer! The 2014-2015 prototype. G-Gundam, the "Oh Japan!" of the entire Gundam franchise.
He's not wrong! Though I might have a variant bull figurine to use instead of the one I originally bought for it. Schleich changed the mold and the newer body looks much better for my idea. The Angus mold is the only poled (hornless) bullstock they have.
Anyone who's worked in design-production learns real quick how to break things down into as many reusable units as possible, even if you get some clunky weirdness of unused danglies here and there. I've known people who've used templates of circuits and code snippets for longer than I've been a working adult.
Well.... When you feed them right, that's what happens. - Not much to show besides just adding more paint on the legs. The idea is these will be visible when the armor opens. I did fill in some more on the elbow parts I started working on, but never got around to following up on the next phase of their assembly tonight.
Added some armor onto Barbatos. Here is how it looks with the pieces of armor that stays on all variation: Testing Form 6 to see how it looks: I still can't decide which Form I like most, they all have something unique that I liked.
You see it.... Also starting to really build the forearms. Mapping and priming areas for painting. This picture was taken before I primed the running lights. The last thing I'm going to do is set the GN condensor domes. I don't want to compromise the decals while handling paint and thinner solvent.
What do people think of Reconguista in G? I was thinking of watching it next. I see alot on series people love, series people hate, but I don't see much discussion about Reco in G. Just curious. The designs at least catch my eye.
It's..... All over the place... Like, the writers had a basic premise and then stopped talking to eachother resulting in a LOT of random twists and turns...
