Oh yeah it is not the biggest box, but it still is impressive. Probably the biggest gunpla box I have in my collection right now. Yup. Might as well buy it. It looks awesome and you can't beat the price. Probably going to do just that.
Amazon.com: Gundam RX-121-1 Gundam TR-1 Advanced Hazel High Mobility Type HGUC 1/144 Scale: Toys & Games 15 with prime. 1 left.
such a good point, to anyone in the US Amazon is better most of the time for Gundams prices than importing from HLJ if you have prime
My wallet wishes to inform you that it's trying to google your home addresses and kill you in your sleep for making me spend more money. It's already taken major hits thanks to Combiner Wars and knows another minor blow is coming when Super Fumina's preorder on HLJ comes through. However, I don't have Prime, so don't know how that works out. I also don't know if Paypal works with Amazon or not, I haven't used the site in maybe over a year.
Emphasis on try. I missed out on a few metal builds cause i couldn't get a pre-order in. I managed to get somewhat lucky lately with the gold astray and strike freedom though so. Planing on pulling an all nighter to get the order in for this one though.
I saw my post came out glitched so I deleted it and reposted. My Charolais Mineva had a heifer. I gave her the assist. Say hello to Miss Sazabi!
Here is Miss Sazabi this morning, without being covered in dirt and baby gravy. Glad I assisted in the delivery, she's a big little girl!
My Sep haul finally arrived last week. Gundam ZZ mechs need more love. Can't believe we still don't have HGUC ZZ Gundam Full Armour or Enhanced ZZ. Dreissen Love both colour schemes. The Sleeves version with Rick Dom's colour palette makes it look more like a Dom and the ZZ's funky colours are just awesome!
Started priming some of the pieces last night. Can still kinda see the color of the original plastic on some pieces after two coats since I'm using white. I guess another spraying or two should do the trick. Should I wait for the primer to fully cure before I start sanding or can I start after only waiting a few hours?
You should always wait for any type of paint to cure before doing anything to it. Wait a few hours. Also, before you spray another layer over it, give it a once over to see if there is any dust, etc in the primer. Sanding between coats gives a much smoother finish.
Ah, cool! I'll be sure to start sanding the primed pieces after work (should have been about 24 hours by then) to smooth things out and clean them up before I spray on the third coating of primer. Thanks!
