    I have 2:

1: the Mail away 1986 Movie Megatron for $20 & robot points...at 7, I saved for a few weeks to get this, then instead spent it on a $20 Ultra Magnus in a store...at 7 how can I be expected to wait 6-8 weeks to play with a toy, when I could play with the one in front of me now!!! DOH!

    2. At the same place I bought UM, a few years later, they had on clearance 2 Fort Max's for $35 each. Yeah passed on that at the time As I still had no money saved up & mom wouldn't get it form me. GRRR!!!

    Unicron for $15
Several Alt's on the shelf I passed on thinking I would find them later.

Passsed on a 100$ Trypticon, complete I think, and in minty shape.

Hooked member Thundercracker up with it instead

Already had a decent Trypticon and I wanted a Gigastorm

I decided to stop buying test shots since "everything was going to be in stores in another month or so" and missed the Seacons, Target Megatron, and the rest of the cancelled Universe figures that I could have gotten CHEAP

Back at Transcon2 in 1997, the Japanese dealers had a Artfire, MIB on the shelf for $100. It lasted until about noon, because the box was a little beat up... Damn I wish I picked that up....

Two I can think of. I found Armada Nemesis Prime on the shelf, $10... at the time it was brand new and I was after some older figures at the next store that I thought would be harder to find... wow, what an idiot, that thing goes for 5 times what I could have paid.

The other was the day I got Cybertron Starscream. I could have had half a dozen reissues that were all on sale and the same day I got a shipment in that included GF Starscream... idiot!

Still got him and yes Trypticon is DEAD MINT. Maybe the best example I've ever seen of one that wasn't still sealed. Thanks again for the hook up!
