Is there a website that catalogues GI Joe figures and vehicles, similar to, say, tfu.info?

Try YoJoe.com, it is a great source for G.I. Joe figures. The "Toy Archive" link is one of the first you will see on the left.

Yep. YoJoe.com is the source you are looking for. Has all figures, vehicles, and accessories, listed in both alphabetical order, and order of release year.
